Education: B.A. Communication; Ed.M. College Student Personnel

Academic Path: I selected communication as my major and was intending to pursue a Ph.D. in this area. I went so far as to apply and be accepted to graduate schools for communication, but found I liked the student support side of academic life and, therefore, changed my graduate focus.

Specialty area: Overseeing pre-health (pre-med, pre-dentistry, pre-optometry, pre-chiropractic, pre-veterinary, pre-podiatry) and pre-law advising services. Advising predominantly pre-health juniors, seniors, international students, and returning students.

Hobbies and interests: I am an advocate for animals, especially shelter dogs and Siberian Huskies. I like antiques namely china and glass and making handmade soap.
